ADEREMI'S NOTEBOOK

29 March 2004

PDL Day1

In spite of all the advertising around me, how can I remind myself that life is really about living for God, not myself?

I think I always believed that I needed to clarify my life goals (my dreams, what do I want from life etc) to find my purpose in life, after which I will pray and try to stay disciplined to achieve these goals. Like Messy Christian I agree that the challenge is to remind myself to live for God instead of myself is not to think so much about my needs, my wants, and my everything.

Practical Step
Read my Bible more often and continually.

Folu, do you like recieving spam? It’s a good idea to always post a web page along with your e-mail address or else your e-mail address would be displayed on the site for spambots to freely harvest! This is not recommended unless you have a 1gb gmail account like mine, which is afriguru@gmail.com! :D

I laughed when I read this comment. Maybe I should do Folu a favour and remove it before spam bot attack his email address. I have changed the policy on the site so that you don’t need an email address before you can post a comment.
